Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Campsite Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the daily operations of our campsite, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for hospitality and guest services. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the campsite facilities and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas, including reception, washrooms, and recreational spaces
- Support with booking reservations and managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries or concerns, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Support with general administrative tasks such as record keeping and stock management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the campsite’s reputation for hospitality
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanour, and a proactive approach to guest relations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within an outdoor setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as required
