Location: Hortonwood, Telford
Hours: Shift pattern
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage across multiple sites in the UK and overseas
- Identify and respond to suspicious activity promptly
- Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
- Liaise with security teams and emergency services when necessary
- Ensure all equipment is functioning and report any faults
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar security role.
- Familiarity and experience with Sentinel software is an advantage but not essential.
- Able to provide clear verbal and written briefs.
- High level of confidence and professionalism, capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols
