RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter or strong Waiter in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
· A warm, friendly approach and genuine passion for looking after guests
· Confidence running sections, supporting service and helping the team stay organised
· Good food and drink knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning
· Clear communication and a positive, supportive team attitude
· Ability to stay calm, professional and focused during busy services
· Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards
· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
