Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accommodation Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our accommodation facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, welcoming, and ready for guests or residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
- Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Ensure rooms meet required cleanliness standards before check-in or inspection
Requirements & Skills
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (accommodation, hotel, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays (if required)
Pay: £12.50 per hour
