If you love bringing order to complexity, enjoy improving processes and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.

- Finance administration using Xero
- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Producing operational reports and dashboards
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding and employee records
- Coordinating ESG and sustainability reporting
- Supporting B Corp and ISO compliance activities
- Maintaining company policies, procedures and governance documentation
- Coordinating internal communications and staff meetings
- Helping improve operational processes across the business
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience in an operations, business support or office management role
- Experience using finance software such as Xero (or similar)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience with HR administration, ESG reporting or compliance would be an advantage but isn't essential - we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys making things happen.
