This isn’t just another beauty therapist role.
We’re preparing to relocate from our current established salon into our brand-new home in Stockton centre, bringing together luxury hair and beauty under one roof. With 6 dedicated treatment rooms, a luxury manicure and pedicure area, spray tanning, and a growing team of passionate professionals.
We’re looking for a talented Beauty Therapist who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, help shape our expanding beauty department, and become part of the future of Allure.
About Allure
Allure Hair & Beauty is an established independent salon with an outstanding reputation for exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments. We have a loyal and growing client base, hundreds of five-star reviews, and an exciting vision for the future.
Initially, depending on start dates you’ll work within our existing beauty department before transitioning into our stunning new salon mid August, where our entire hair and beauty teams will work together in one purpose-built luxury space.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll deliver a range of professional beauty treatments while building lasting relationships with clients and helping grow our beauty department.
You’ll work alongside a friendly, supportive team who genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience for every client.
During the transition to our new premises, there will be periods of independent working within our current beauty department, fully supported by the wider salon team. Following our move, you’ll become part of a larger collaborative beauty team working within our new luxury salon.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Previous salon experience
- Confident in all waxing treatments
- Confident applying gel polish
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
Desirable
- Lash qualifications
- Intimate waxing experience
- Retail confidence
- Million Dollar Facial or advanced facial experience (training provided)

Hours & Pay
- Permanent employed position
- £14.00+ per hour guaranteed
- Additional earning potential through our commission scheme
Commission
Each month we’ll calculate both your guaranteed hourly pay and your commission earnings. You’ll receive whichever is higher.
- Service commission up to 35%
- Retail commission 5%
- Retail commission increases to 10% when retail targets are achieved
