Experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Sales Assistant
Smartphone Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician and Sales Assistant to join our busy shop in Harrow Wealdstone.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults on iPhones, Samsung and other smartphones
- Carry out screen, battery, charging-port, camera and other component replacements
- Perform software troubleshooting and data transfers
- Test devices properly before and after repairs
- Help customers and explain repair options clearly
- Sell mobile phones, accessories and related products
- Buy, test and assess used mobile phones
- Keep the shop, repair area and stock organised
- Process payments and maintain accurate repair records
Requirements:
- Previous mobile phone repair experience is essential
- Good knowledge of iPhone and Samsung repairs
- Confident customer-service and sales skills
- Honest, punctual and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good spoken English
- Must already have the legal right to work in the UK
- Microsoldering experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Job details:
- Full-time or part-time position available

- Pay will depend on experience and skill level
Language requirement:
* Gujarati-speaking skills are strongly preferred, as the role involves assisting Gujarati-speaking customers.
* Good spoken English is also required for customer service.
