Due to increasing customer demand, we're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Benton.
You'll be joining an experienced workshop team, working with modern diagnostic equipment in a busy dealership where quality workmanship is valued and everyone pulls together.
What you'll be doing
As an important member of our workshop team, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to the high standards our customers expect.
Your work will include:
- Servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
- Mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Fault finding and diagnostics using modern equipment.
- MOT preparation and warranty repairs.
- Working efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Supporting colleagues and sharing your knowledge where appropriate.
- Working closely with our Service Advisors to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from qualified technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a professional team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a franchised dealership.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- A recognised motor vehicle qualification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Your own tools.
Experience with Vauxhall or Volkswagen vehicles would be an advantage but is by no means essential. If you're an experienced technician from an independent garage, we'd still love to hear from you.
