About the Role
As an Events Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our live promotional campaigns and event operations in Glasgow. You’ll work on-site at event venues, engage directly with attendees, keep campaign displays running smoothly, and support your team across different event functions. What You'll Do
Visitor Engagement & Event Floor Support
- Welcome event attendees with a friendly attitude and assist them with any campaign or venue queries.
- Keep customer-facing event stands and promotional areas tidy, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Share details about featured brands, services, and current campaign offers with confidence.
- Handle visitor requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care to ensure a positive experience.
Daily Event Operations & Materials Handling
- Help set up event spaces, display stands, and campaign materials for smooth daily operations.
- Unpack, check, and organize promotional stock, equipment, and marketing materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of event leads, visitor numbers, or inventory movements.
- Follow all health, safety, and venue guidelines across all event spaces.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks during shift changes or event teardowns.
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with your colleagues and event leads to hit daily engagement targets and campaign goals.
- Jump in to support team members across different tasks during peak event hours.
- Attend regular shift briefings, morning catch-ups, and hands-on skill-building sessions.
- Share practical ideas with team leads on how to improve event floor workflows and audience reach.
What We're Looking For
