About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dentist Associate to join a well-established, modern practice at Russell Street Dental Clinic in Swansea. This role offers an excellent balance between NHS work and high private earning potential, allowing you to grow your income while maintaining a flexible schedule.
You will provide high-quality NHS dental care while having the opportunity to take on private treatments (e.g., cosmetic dentistry, whitening, Invisalign) to significantly boost your earnings. The practice is fully equipped with the latest technology and has a strong patient base.
Mentoring available for newly qualified dentist .
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver NHS dental services in line with contract requirements.
- Opportunity to build a private patient list with attractive commission/profit share.
- Provide a range of general and (if desired) advanced private treatments.
- Work within a supportive team with experienced clinicians and nurses.
- Maintain excellent patient care and clinical standards.

- GDC-registered dentist with NHS experience (UK or equivalent).
