Mid Kent – drivers with own transport preferred due to location & start time
£12.86 per hour + full training + overtime possible + progression + bens
Monday–Friday Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–1:30pm Friday

We're recruiting for an established manufacturing business looking for a Quality & Production Operative to join their team.
This is a varied shop-floor role combining quality checking, finishing and general production duties. It would suit someone from a manufacturing, engineering or workshop background who has good attention to detail and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out final quality checks on manufactured components
- Spotting defects or anything that doesn't meet the required standard
- Completing finishing work using hand tools
- Making sure products are finished correctly before leaving production
- Recording completed work accurately on computer systems
- Preparing finished products for packing and despatch
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Supporting other areas of production when needed
What we're looking for
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, production or a workshop environment
- Good attention to detail and an eye for quality
- Comfortable working with hand tools
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, flexible and a good team player
- Previous quality, inspection or finishing experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential
