An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join the Business Support Team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual looking to develop their career within NHS finance. Working within our Corporate Division, you will support the Business Support Accountant and Deputy Business Support Accountant in delivering high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to support decision-making across the Trust.
As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will gain valuable experience in a large and complex healthcare organisation, helping to make a real difference to the services we provide for our patients and communities.

Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Investigating financial variances and resolving discrepancies, working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders where required.
Providing financial advice and guidance to staff on a range of financial matters, including those of a confidential or sensitive nature.
Assisting with the processing and reconciliation of financial information, including journals, interfaces, and other finance system transactions.
Supporting the production of financial reports and analysis to aid operational and strategic decision-making.
Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of financial processes and systems
