The Role
- Own the overall o9 solution design, ensuring alignment between business objectives, functional design, and platform capabilities.
- Act as the single point of solution accountability, coordinating across functional, technical,and integration teams.
- Ensure the o9 solution is fit for purpose, scalable, and ready for future roadmap expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end o9 solution architecture, covering planning processes, moduleinteractions, data usage, and user experience.
- Translate business and planning strategy into high-level solution designs, blueprints, andtarget-state architecture.
- Ensure cross-module alignment (MFP, Demand, Supply, Assortment etc.) and consistency inplanning logic and outcomes.
- Govern solution design decisions, trade-offs, and dependencies across functional, technical,and integration teams.
- Support solution validation, go-live readiness, and post-production optimization from aholistic solution perspective.
- Drive roadmap planning and solution evolution, ensuring new capabilities integrateseamlessly into the existing platform.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience as a o9 Solution Architect on enterprise planning or transformationprograms.
- Proven ability to translate business planning requirements into logical solution designs.
- Deep understanding of retail planning processes and their interdependence acrossfunctions.
- Ability to lead design governance, solution reviews, and architectural decision-making.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience across multiple o9 modules and planning horizons.
- Exposure to roadmap planning, phased rollouts, and large-scale transformations.
- Understanding of data, integration, and technical constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in retail domain.
Pay: £51,448.42-£107,363.16 per year
