Case Handler
We currently have a vacancy for a Case Handler.
The successful candidate must be a good team player and work well independently. They would need to be able to demonstrate good customer service and people skills, both over the telephone and face to face. Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness are essential along with flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks. The candidate would be required to embrace the company culture and be open to change.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week with 1/2 hr paid lunch break.
Summary of Job
To prepare and produce clients legal documents from instructions provided by consultants. Assist with client queries and with the signing of their documents.
Main Responsibilities
· Check, prepare and send legal documents to clients
· Check consultant’s instructions and additional documents
· Assist with the signing of client documents
· Assist with client queries, on the telephone and face to face
· Filing of documents
· Archiving of documents
· Contact with the Office of the Public Guardian
· Correspond with consultants to address queries
Technical and essential skills
· Experience in using Office 365 – Outlook/Word/Excel
· Must demonstrate good customer service skills
· Be approachable and work well within a team
. Private client experience preferred but not essential
· Knowledge of Virtual Cabinet preferred but not essential
· Maintain accuracy throughout the preparation of client documents
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
