In this varied role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, reception, and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Key responsibilities include maintaining confidential client records, managing health record systems, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments and meetings, preparing correspondence, supporting service users and healthcare professionals, and assisting with office, facilities, and stock management. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and effective working environment while ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
As this is a developing service, applicants will need to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and evolving service needs.
Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust is currently supporting an ongoing project , whose aim is to offer patients on the services extensive waiting list the opportunity to have a more timely assessment in partnership with Surrey's Well Life Clinic.
This Administrator post will support this project, with duties which range from contacting prospective patients, transferring their care to our partner organisation, addressing patient queries and supporting discharge from the Surrey & Borders Adult Neurodevelopmental service.
This is a new and developing service and applicants will need to demonstrate adaptability as well as competency as duties and responsibilities will continue to develop. These will also be discussed further within interview.
