Key Task & Main Duties
- Sales Administration & Support: Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Diary Management: Organise and manage sales diaries, customer appointments, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers and drivers to coordinate and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and successful outcomes. (support from wider sales team at all points)
- Customer Liaison: Deliver excellent customer service through proactive communication, handling inbound calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Marketing: Take ownership of our LinkedIn presence and marketing efforts. Create unique advertising materials, develop original campaigns, produce creative designs, and implement fresh ideas to increase brand visibility.
- General Administration: Support with documentation and other ad-hoc tasks to keep the sales and marketing function running smoothly.
