As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with medication in line with care plans and company procedures.
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Supporting clients with mobility and promoting independence wherever possible.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with household duties, including light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Recording accurate and timely care notes using electronic care systems.
- Reporting any concerns regarding client wellbeing, safeguarding, or health changes.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promoting dignity, choice, respect, and independence at all times.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and CQC standards.

Desirable
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, residential care, healthcare, or support work.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience using electronic care planning systems.
- Full training will be provided, so experience is not essential for the right candidate.
