Evonic Fires, a leading manufacturer of premium electric fireplaces, is expanding our Customer Engagement Team and looking for a dedicated UK Service Engineer to join us. The Role
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair visits across the UK
- Provide exceptional on-site customer support and product expertise
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Work closely with our Customer Engagement Team to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of visits, repairs, and parts used
Are you who were looking for:
- Previous experience in a field service or engineering role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
