AgReserves is seeking Harvest Operators to assist in the day-to-day operational duties which may include operating heavy machinery and general maintenance for Harvest 2025.
- Telehandler work, grain carting, some cultivations, hedge & grass cutting and other general work.
- Work well independently on tasks and collaboratively as a teamwork.
- Become familiar with irrigation processes.
- Potato work such carting and harvesting, location dependent (Goole).
- Upkeep farm appearance and strive to help maintain the value of the equipment, facility, and its assets.
- Champion all safety guidelines to keep self and team members safe at work and attend all training and meetings to keep current on updated procedures and regulations.
- 18 years old and over
- Full driving license
- Telehandler certificate
- PA1, PA2, PA4 and Counter Balance qualifications
- Workshop skills
- Knowledge of Greenstar
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work outside in year-round weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 35 kg.
