Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of our guests.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service outside the restaurant setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in bartending or catering can be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
