About the Role
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and high-quality Labour-Only Subcontract Painters & Decorators for an immediate start on a prestigious educational establishment project right in the heart of Lincoln.
This project must be completed by the end of July. For teams or individuals who deliver exceptional standards, finish on time, and demonstrate the right attitude, this is just the beginning. Upon successful completion, you will be fast-tracked onto our approved supply chain for repeat, ongoing work on our extensive pipeline of commercial contracts across Lincolnshire.
What We Offer
- Rate: £200.00 per day.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience: Proven track record in commercial or public sector painting and decorating (educational environment experience is a plus).
- Tools: Your own high-quality whites, brushes, rollers, and standard hand tools.
- CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is preferable.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Transport: Reliable transport to get to the city centre site daily.
- Right to Work: Valid Right to Work in the UK and a UTR number (Unique Taxpayer Reference) for CIS payments.
