Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
- Drive sales performance and ensure store targets are consistently met
- Deliver and maintain the “Cherry Tree experience” for every customer
- Ensure company values and ethos are reflected throughout the store
- Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management or direct sales
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
- Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards (preferred)
