We are currently looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to strengthen our existing team. The role involves delivering horticultural duties at our static Addlestone site.
The successful candidate will hold a Full UK manual driving licence.
Your duties will include:

Working at our Addlestone site to deliver a range of Grounds Maintenance duties, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard

Providing an excellent level of customer service

Building and maintaining good relationships with customers

Operating horticultural machinery, i.e. strimmer’s, mowers etc.

Taking part in training as and when required
Key Skills & Qualities needed:
-
Previous experience of working as a Grounds Maintenance Operative or Landscape Gardener

A highly motivated individual with excellent Grounds Maintenance skills
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
PA1 and PA6 certifications along with a valid Chainsaw Licence are desirable

Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance

Ability to interact positively and professionally with the public, and other members of staff

Punctual, hard-working and able to use their own initiative
