Multi Trader
Sandwell area
(£200 per day)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader for a Social Housing contract (voids) in the Sandwell area.
Ideally you will be a qualified trades person that can turn their hand to most building trades, with the scope of works including kitchen and bathroom remodernisation and other works associated with property refurbishment. Previous experience in this sector is desirable.
Ideally you will have experience in the following trades:
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Plumbing
- Plaster Patching
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Flooring
Ideally you will have your own van and tools (all materials supplied) and a valid CSCS
