Shoreditch is renowned its vibrant creative and tech hub. The area's hipster culture, abundance of cafes and restaurants, and excellent networking opportunities have attracted developers to the area and led them to build some really exciting schemes… and they need someone to manage them!
We are seeking a primarily home based Block Manager to oversee a modern portfolio of 5 developments across 472 units in the Shoreditch and surrounding areas.
You will be working for one of the most exciting prospects in the leasehold space who have grown a tremendous reputation in such a short space of time, and with that has come a large yet sustainable level of growth, with the majority of instructions being new build / regeneration projects.
With the growth mentioned for the business, that also gives you the opportunity to grow with the business as opposed to grow out of it.
You will have the option to meet up with the team and work out of a WeWork office, but for the rest of the time when you are not onsite you will be free to work remotely (whether that’s in a coffeeshop or at home, as long as the work is done that is all that matters!)
The core duties of this position are:
Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of your developments
Oversee financials such as budgets and accounts, and present relevant reports to clients
Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
Ensuring you maintain communication with key stakeholders where required through AGM’s and other avenues
