Deputy Nursery Manager – Sunshine Sprinkles Nursery (Harringay Ladder, N8)

Sunshine Sprinkles Nursery is a warm, Ofsted-registered setting for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of our nursery and help lead our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager with daily operations.
- Lead and supervise staff across all rooms.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding and EYFS practice.
- Help deliver an engaging curriculum and positive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents and staff.
Requirements
- Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5/6 desirable).
- Experience as a Room Leader/Third in Charge/Deputy.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Confident, warm and professional.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,420.00-£30,253.41 per year
