Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)
Location: Crosby Town Centre, Liverpool.
Hours: Every Saturday with the opportunity for additional weekday hours

Marshall Property is an established, independent estate and letting agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service across Liverpool. As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be opening our brand-new branch in the heart of Crosby Town Centre and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to become one of the first faces of our new office.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of an ambitious, growing business. While the role is initially based around Saturdays, there is the opportunity for additional hours during the week.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the office, calling by phone or getting in touch online. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a warm, professional and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the office.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Booking property valuations and viewings.
- Registering buyers and tenants.
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with administration.
- Updating our CRM and property systems.
- Assisting with social media enquiries where required.
- Keeping the office organised and presentable.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Is confident, professional and approachable.
- Enjoys helping customers.
- Is organised and able to multitask.
- Has good IT skills and can quickly learn new systems.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Previous customer service or estate agency experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
