Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional full time (Monday to saturday) Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong background in administrative support within a healthcare setting. As the first point of contact for patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized front desk environment. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments accurately using practice management software, accommodating patient needs and provider availability.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including collecting necessary documentation and payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information about services, appointment availability, and insurance procedures.
- Maintain organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and processing payments with accuracy.
