We are looking for compassionate and reliable Carers to join our dedicated team working our dawn shifts (6am - 12pm). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys starting the day early and making a real difference to residents’ mornings, ensuring they begin their day with dignity, comfort and support.
Hours: 6am - 12pm (Full-Time & Part-Time hours available)
Pay Rates: £13.60ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, mobility and support with food and fluids
- Deliver care in line with individual Personal Care Plans
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any changes promptly
- Respond to call bells and emergency situations appropriately
- Support residents to maintain independence and create a homely environment
- Participate in activities and meaningful engagement, including dementia-focused support
- Maintain accurate records using electronic care systems
About You:
- Kind, compassionate and patient
- Good communication skills and basic IT literacy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
Previous carer / care assistant experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
