Not all hospitality jobs feel the same; this one doesn’t.
Here at the Bearslake, we love people. We don’t just serve food and drinks, we create proper pub experiences. Think cosy fires, beautiful beer gardens, incredible local food, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Set in a 13th-century thatched inn on Dartmoor, we’re a place people come to switch off, celebrate, and feel looked after; and our team is at the heart of that.
Feel proud of where you work
We love our place and care about what we do. Our commitment to local is at the heart of everything, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Proper setting, not your average pub
You’ll be working in a 13th-century building packed with character and charm, surrounded by the beautiful Dartmoor countryside. No chains here; we’re one of a kind.
