Door Supervisors – Newbury
£14.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Friday & Saturday Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the security team at a busy, well-established pub in Newbury.
We are looking for reliable, professional individuals who understand that good pub security is as much about customer service, communication and judgement as it is dealing effectively with incidents when they arise.
This is a regular venue placement with consistent Friday and Saturday night work, making it ideal for experienced Door Supervisors looking for a stable weekend position or newly qualified DS looking to build their experience within a supportive team.
What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable with customers
- Confident working alongside venue management and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
Previous experience within pubs, bars or licensed venues is preferred but not essential. We are equally interested in newly qualified Door Supervisors with the right attitude, communication skills and approach.
