Cosmetic Safety Assessor / Global Cosmetic Regulatory Specialist – Remote
ACE Clinical Research Co., Ltd. is seeking a Cosmetic Safety Assessor / Global Cosmetic Regulatory Specialist to support cosmetic safety assessment and international regulatory compliance projects.
This position is open to overseas-based candidates and may be structured as a remote, part-time, project-based, freelance, or contract role depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.
The role will involve cosmetic safety assessment, ingredient and labeling review, claims substantiation support, and regulatory documentation for global cosmetic markets including the EU, UK, US, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cosmetic product safety assessments in compliance with EU/UK regulations.
- Advise on ingredient safety, labeling, and claims substantiation.
- Prepare and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs).
- Support regulatory submissions and notifications.
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams to support regulatory documentation, processes, and data management.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics safety or regulatory science.
- Strong knowledge of toxicology, cosmetic ingredients, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with global compliance, including EU, UK, US, and Asia.
- Degree in toxicology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.

- This remote position is open to candidates residing outside South Korea.

Pay: £24,429.99-£75,953.78 per year
