Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
As a core part of our kitchen team, your duties will include:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Acting as a stand-in cook to prepare meals when required (basic cooking skills are highly helpful).
- Kitchen Maintenance: Managing the washing up and ensuring all kitchen cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
- Stock Management: Assisting with stock ordering and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Team Support: Providing vital sickness and holiday cover to keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Shift Patterns & Flexibility
Absolute flexibility is a must for this role. We are looking for individuals who can cover the following shift blocks, as well as step in for short-notice cover:
- Shift Pattern 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Shift Pattern 2: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
