We are currently seeking a Night Porter for our busy 4 star hotel. You will be expected to work 32 hours and must be available to work weekends.
Job Description as Follow
- Serving Beverages to hotel guest
- To set up the breakfast room following the instructions from reception for guest breakfast numbers.
- To deal with unlocking guests rooms who have locked themselves out at night.
- To conduct fire and safety walks through the building and ensure the hotel is secure and safe through the night.
- To be present and visible to guests through the night to ensure guests requests are responses to promptly.
- To provide room service and respond to requests from guests through the night.
- To deal with guest complaints and queries in the best possible way from room moves to satisfying guests queries.
- To support the front office by replying to guest messages and requests for upcoming reservations.
- To assist in the smooth running of the hotel through the night.
