- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments administered and client preferences for future reference
- Assist with client consultations, booking appointments, and managing schedules efficiently
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries promptly
Skills
- Proven experience as a massage therapist with relevant certifications or licenses
- Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain treatment procedures effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and ensure a positive guest experience
