Scoops of Balloch is looking for friendly and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our busy café team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers while helping with the day-to-day running of the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Serving drinks, desserts, and ice cream
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Assisting with general café duties as required
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- 18+ preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings
