We’re now looking for a driven and passionate Store Manager to lead the team and help take the brand to the next level.
We’re looking for someone who:• Can lead, develop, and inspire a small team, setting the standard through hands-on leadership• Is a skilled barista with a genuine passion for great coffee, food, and customer service• Has strong organisational skills and proven management experience• Is proactive, forward-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment• Is self-motivated and confident working independently
As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:• Overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store• Managing staff budgets and working towards sales targets• Driving sales and maximising store profitability• Leading all aspects of team management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee wellbeing• Ensuring all operational and brand standards are consistently met• Managing stock levels effectively and minimising waste• Creating and managing staff rotas, including holiday planning• Maintaining responsibility for cash handling, security, and banking• Ensuring the store operates in line with company expectations at all times
The successful candidate will also be expected to:• Hold a current Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene, or obtain one within 3 months of starting• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety• Develop a deep understanding of the business, from team culture to product knowledge• Carry out any reasonable duties required as part of the role
