Your Crew Ltd is on the lookout for skilled and experienced marquee riggers and temporary structure crew to become part of our growing, hardworking team.
We specialise in building high-end temporary structures for some of the biggest events in London, across the UK, and throughout Europe – and we need top crew to keep delivering the best.

What We’re Looking For:
You must have hands-on experience with at least one of these structures:
- Traditional Pole Marquees
- Clearspan Marquees
- Stretch Tents
- Tipis
- Domes
- Double/Triple Deckers
We're after reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented crew who are proud of their craft and ready to get stuck in.
Requirements:
- Must be able to meet at our Walthamstow E17 7FU pickup point between 5:30am and 6:00am for work outside of London.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, long days, and occasional stays away.
- A solid work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a close-knit crew.
