We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for an ambitious Management Trainee who brings strong commercial drive, leadership potential, and a hands-on approach to business growth. You’ll participate in a structured development program, learning target-driven operations across live pop-ups, venues, and high-footfall promotional setups throughout the city.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning core customer acquisition operations by engaging with prospective buyers at active Manchester venue setups
- Delivering persuasive brand presentations, handling customer inquiries, and driving digital account sign-ups
- Participating in daily strategy huddles, pitch workshops, and campaign target setting alongside experienced managers
- Mentoring new team members as you progress, supporting their communication skills and objection-handling techniques
- Tracking daily conversion metrics, evaluating campaign performance benchmarks, and optimizing team execution on the floor
- Assisting with daily campaign logistics, stock management, and venue presentation standards
- Collaborating with senior leadership to meet weekly and monthly commercial targets
- Learning behind-the-scenes business administration, recruitment processes, and team management operations
