Join Sporty Stars TQ as an Activity Leader at our holiday camps in GB. Based in, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging activities for children aged 4 to 12, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience during their school holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a variety of engaging activities including sports, arts & crafts, science experiments, and adventure games.
- Follow session plans to deliver high-quality sports and activity sessions tailored for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children throughout the camp.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Set up activity areas and prepare equipment for daily activities.
- Maintain a positive environment that encourages participation and fun.
- Support the organization of special events and themed days during the camp.
- Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Recognized <PERSON> Level 2 Coaching Certificate or above in sports coaching.
- Child Protection / Safeguarding Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license with access to a car (preferred but not essential for local candidates).
- Reliable with good timekeeping and ability to follow session plans.
