Skills you need: - Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.- You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch- Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards.- You may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift.

- Safety. Your safety is important to us, so we provide protective gear. All teams share safety tips daily.
- Surroundings. You’ll be working around moving machines – order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
- Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature. You’ll work in freezer spaces — as low as -23°C — for up to four hours of your shift with short breaks every 45 minutes or you’ll work in the refrigerated spaces. You’ll be provided with proper safety gear and training.
- Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
