We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider for State commercial Buildings within the Barnet area.
You'll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems within a modern corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and building services equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution and control systems.
- Work alongside electrical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and site documentation.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified - NVQ 3/City & Guilds (Certs to be provided.)
- Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.
- Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
Monday - Friday 8am -4pm
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
