This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Installations, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance while building strong partnerships with suppliers to keep our operations running smoothly. If you're commercially minded, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

✔ Experience raising, managing, and expediting purchase orders while maintaining accuracy across pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
✔ Strong supplier relationship management skills, including negotiating pricing, lead times, and monitoring supplier performance.
✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
✔ Experience managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate purchasing records within procurement, ERP, or inventory management systems.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Desirable:
⭐ Experience within the automotive, vehicle security, technology, or distribution sectors.
⭐ Knowledge of stock forecasting, inventory planning, or demand planning principles.
⭐ Experience purchasing goods for resale within a multi-site or Group environment.
