Yolk design and build are looking for a carpenter to join a small team.
We work across Bristol carrying out a mixture of residential renovations, extensions, loft conversions.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable carpenter who takes pride in their work and can work confidently both independently and as part of a small team.
The work will include:
- First and second fix carpentry
- Timber framing
- Loft conversions
- Extensions and renovations
- Internal studwork and floor structures
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Maintaining a high standard of finish

- Good knowledge of construction methods
- Able to read and work from drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
