We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PCV Coach Driver to join our team! Duties
- Operate passenger carrying vehicles (PCVs), including coaches, with precision and adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-journey inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical integrity and cleanliness
- Safely pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Communicate clearly with passengers, providing information about routes, stops, and safety procedures in fluent English
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team
- Uphold high standards of customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with appropriate PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) certification or equivalent licensing
- Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver with a strong driving record
- Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and assist in routine maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Prior experience as a coach or bus driver is highly desirable
- Ability to operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions and traffic scenarios
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to vehicle safety and passenger comfort

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
