Duties
- Assisting with carpentry, roofing, and masonry tasks as directed by supervisors
- Handling hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assisting with fabrication work and material handling
- Preparing work areas, including cleaning and organising tools and materials
- Supporting painting and finishing tasks where required
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Performing general labouring duties such as lifting, moving materials, and site clearance
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour over extended periods
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards on site
