We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Order Processing Administrator to take ownership of customer Order Packs and ensure every order progresses smoothly from sale through to delivery.

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for managing customer orders by:
- Preparing and managing customer Order Packs
- Requesting and checking customer documentation
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding documents and queries
- Uploading documentation to internal systems
- Processing finance documentation
- Completing Finance Suitability Documents
- Validating customer and vehicle information
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Passing completed orders through to our Delivery Team
- Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Compliance teams
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent administration skills
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities
- Enjoys working with processes and systems
- Has strong communication skills
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
Previous administration experience is essential. Experience within automotive, finance or regulated environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
