```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Train and supervise other bar staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and report back to manager in charge
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
