What you will be doing
We are looking for a Maintenance person with the following experience :
- General maintenance and upkeep and of the properties we manage
- Responsibility of completion of jobs allocated
- Ability to deal with a wide range of basic Maintenance repairs & requirements
- Work to tight deadlines
- Ability of working on and completing some moderately big Re-let jobs as well
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other team members
- Other ad-hoc duties , as this role will evolve over a period of time
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We will train you and support you but you’ll need to have the following skills and experience to apply for this role:
- Organizational skill
- Strong time management skills
- A good communicator who can establish good working relationships with all other team members and tenants
- Real attention to detail
- Administrative skills and good at documentation
- A sense of urgency
- Hands on ”can do & will do” approach to day to day issues
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrics and general maintenance
- Experience in property maintenance; Plumbing/Electrical_ knowledge_ will be a definite bonus
- Education to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Driving license and own vehicle is essential
- Salary will be commensurate with experience

Pay: £12.71-£13.25 per hour
