We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, or by conversations of service.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers, such as allergies or other requirements.
- Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each customer interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
